The contract period will be for up to 3+2 years, from 2025 to 2029, event held annually in the months of April or May. The Royal Parks is looking for a suitably qualified Event Organiser or suitable consortia to plan, promote and produce an annual event for Kensington Gardens, in return for paying The Royal Parks a hire fee upfront.
