Explanation:
The value of the contract does not meet or exceed the financial threshold requiring a call to competition in OJEU or FTS. The length of the contract is 2 months (until 31 March 2021) and value between £6000-£50000. Likely value of contract will be approx. £30000.
Furthermore, there was an urgency in need for procurement, in order to meet requirements to ensure UKAD testing services could continue in a Covid-19 safe way.
