The Sovereign Base Area Administration (SBAA) provides a pre-hospital emergency care capability. The administration functions for the two MOD Sovereign Base Areas in Cyprus which consist of 98 square miles in total. As part of this they are responsible for serving a permanent population at Risk of approx. 17,800 which increases substantially during the summer months due to tourist arrivals therefore the requirement to respond to any incidents or emergencies within the SBAs.

This requirement is for the purchase of three front-line ambulances along with commercial delivery, training and ongoing warranty/maintenance.
