The successful Organisation must be a fully registered and licenced Waste Carrier and Waste Management provider. The successful Organisation shall carry out all activities in strict compliance with current and prevailing legislation to include any amendments and all other statutory obligations or regulations and guidance as issued to UK bodies and regulators. Any regulations and guidance issued by the Environment Agency, DEFRA, Department for Transport or HSE. Please see the Scope and Guidance document for further information.
