The extension of a previous contract was required for Future Purchasing to continue their consultancy service for an additional three months. This contract was originally under Ministry Of Defence Main Office but was transitioned to the SDA. The extension of this contract was required to allow an efficient handover of knowledge to the SDA Team. Award of contract without Prior Publication complies under regulation 32; additional purchase or hire of goods; The consultant is to conduct and hand-over to the SDA and this continuation allows Future Purchasing time to conduct this.
