Waverley Borough Council is currently undertaking substantial, self-funded investment in its Ockford Ridge estate in Godalming, Surrey. The next phase of this significant investment in social housing, known as Site C, is ready to be brought forward within the next 24 months. The Council is therefore looking for a high quality design and build contractor to undertake the next stage of regeneration at Ockford Ridge. This will be the development of 30 new-build, affordable living units. The development comprises a mixture of both 1 bedroomed flats and 2 and 3 bedroomed houses, along with associated parking and landscaping and will have a value of approximately £5.5 - £6.25 million.
