Fusion21 are seeking feedback on the proposed upcoming tender for the Material Supply and Associated Services Framework. This framework is intended to primarily support Public Sector organisations with the provision of construction materials for the delivery of repairs and maintenance works to domestic properties, including external and communal areas.   It is envisaged that these contracts will be over a multi-year term and will include for the provision of associated services in the delivery of materials, with the objective of improving and assisting organisations to achieve operational efficiencies.

As part of the market engagement phase, we are seeking feedback on the following areas:  1) Scope and structuring of lots , 2) Regional Structure, 3) Commercial Models , 4) Scope of associated services provided to support delivery of lots 1 – 4, 5) Procurement Timescales and Award.   If you are interested in discussing the framework and providing feedback against any of the above details please send an email to Tenders@fusion21.co.uk, titling the email "Fusion21 Material Supply and Associated Services PIN Discussion Request" specifying your availability and we will arrange for a virtual meeting.   Procurement Timescales. We are seeking to understand potential bidders’ capacity and appetite to submit bids against the following indicative timescales:  Issue ITT – 6th May 2024 , Submission Deadline – 14th June 2024 , Notification of Outcome / Award – August 2024 and Start Date – September 2024 . Please note that these dates are indicative and are subject to change.
