Alongside training, LBM is seeking to engage with vendors that provide a wide range of EDI programmes and development opportunities.

The London Borough of Merton aims to deliver a suite of Essential Skills EDI training which is available to all employees to further develop their skills and knowledge (see Appendix 1). This training aids in the continual development of LBM’s workforce to become more aware of EDI workplace issues, solutions, and approaches toward creating a more inclusive workplace culture. For example, anti-bullying, disability awareness, anti-racism.
