North Lanarkshire Council (the "Council") propose to establish a contract with a sole Contractor for the provision of Community Living Support who will support adults over 16yrs of age in North Lanarkshire who require assistance to maintain living at home and integrate within their community.

TENDERERS PLEASE NOTE: Police Scotland identified a number of business areas which have a high risk of infiltration by Serious and Organised Crime groups; this Contract area belongs to one such area and as such the Authority reserves the right to include enhanced probity checks prior to any contract award, including sharing tenderer information with Police Scotland.
