Bidders will be required to register on British Council`s e-Tendering portal In-Tend hosted at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/britishcouncil in order to take part in the tender process.
Once registered, bidders must log-in to the website where they will need to OPT IN to view the project. Bidders will only have access to the document set if they have signed a pre-tender NDA (please send a message via the InTend correspondence tab to request a copy if you would like to express an interest, view the tender pack and submit your return).
For those suppliers who have signed and returned the NDA during the PIN stage, they will have automatic access to the bidders pack and can submit their return.
