London Borough of Merton require a service for the provision of passenger transport for children and young people and vulnerable adults

The service is required to provide transport for over 400 SEND is pupils to over 100 schools and colleges and children young people and other locations. The service will also transport vulnerable adults to college, day centres and provide ad hoc services for other teams within the council.
