Our residential care service is recovery-focused, offering patients a transition from an inpatient service to a residential placement within their community. It aims to build and equip those facing mental illness and physical health challenges to live healthier and more independent life.

Central to this service is using a person-centred and strengths-based approach that collectively will focus on what matters to the individual. This includes the identification of personal, family, and community strengths and encouraging the person to associate with them.

The service provider will be expected to work collaboratively with a range of relevant health and social care professionals across and in partnership with the London Borough of Hackney. Therefore, it is vital to strive to build and maintain relationships with the key partners whilst supporting our patients with their mental health and well being.
