The successful supplier will be responsible for
• Maintaining a working environment for the building users and tenants that fulfils Blackpool Council’s (BC) obligations as defined in the lease(s).
• Maintaining the boilers and associated equipment in good working order and to protect the value of Blackpool Council’s assets.
• Making adequate arrangements for the Health and Safety of persons in or around the buildings and to fulfil all safety requirements particularly in regard to the Health & Safety at Work etc. Act. 1974.

Blackpool Council wishes to appoint a Contractor/s who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous tender.
It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 2nd June 2021 to 31st May 2023, with the option to extend incrementally for a period of 1 + 1 years (subject to contract review and budget availability).
