Liverpool City Council intend to award a 2 year contract with an option to extend for 6 months via Direct award C to incumbent provider to deliver the Specialist Rehabilitation Service For People with Alcohol Misuse and Complex Needs Service in Liverpool.

The contract will start on the 01/04/25, expire on 31/03/27 with an option to extend for 6 months and has an annual contract value of £645036 following the Direct Award Process C in accordance with the Provider Selection Regime 2023.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 20 February 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.

On the 21/01/25 Cabinet approved this decision and no conflicts of interested were declared.
