Health Education England 'The Authority' is seeking to procure a supplier to provide an e-portfolio service for the Foundation Pharmacist Programmes across England.

Current programmes are using a variety of methods to collect evidence of competence within the Foundation Programmes, including e-portfolio and paper-based portfolios.

Through this procurement we intend to provide consistency within the programmes and their (initially) approximately 2,500 trainees (plus trainers and administrators) onto one e-portfolio platform that fits our specification as closely as possible.

We are not specifying whether the offering should be an off-the-shelf e-portfolio system or a bespoke build – we expect bidders to explain to us how they will meet our needs, using any of the above (or other) approaches they see as fitting.
