Jisc Services Limited is seeking to place a contract with Potentially Limited for the ongoing maintenance and development of the current platform it uses to deliver a Digital Capabilities Tool for staff and students in Higher Education and Further Education. The Capabilities Tool enables users to determine their digital capability and receive relevant resources to help them improve their digital skills. Institutions can also see an overview of staff and student capabilities across their digital landscape.

The contract is for a specialist Capability Tool with complex question logic that identifies areas of digital skills where staff and students can improve their capabilities. Development resources curated within an integrated content management tool are tailored and presented to each individual user based on their responses to the tool. The Capability tool has been developed to meet the specific requirements of staff and students in Higher Education and Further Education in the UK and internationally. The tool has also been designed around the capability and organisational frameworks of our customers and includes specifically scripted personas relevant to their sectors.
