The Environment Agency (EA) is seeking expressions of interest from organisations to participate in pre-market engagement activity in relation to the forthcoming procurement of a National Framework Agreement for Asset Operation, Maintenance, Response and Landscape requirements.

Organisations are invited to provide comments and feedback on the EA's proposed approach via a Pre-Market Questionnaire (further information below).

Please note: This is NOT a call for competition.

The procurement remains subject to approval. The EA does not intend to be bound by any information at this stage and makes no commitment to incorporate any recommendations or suggestions within the final procurement documents.

All information provided is subject to change including the contract value and is not a guarantee of the level of work that will be generated through any future Framework.

• Monitoring of intervention measures to ensure Environmental Net Gain (ENG) and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) is successfully established
• Broader administration of the Monitoring Services by LI registered landscape practices to support the technical services provided by the Client’s Landscape Contract Support team
• Landscape Contract Administration :
- The role of Delegated Contract Administrator for individual JCLI Landscape Contracts being called off through the Framework.
- The role of Landscape Clerk of Works undertaking on-site inspections, monitoring and reporting of both the works implementation itself together with the subsequent 5 or 10 year establishment aftercare period.
- Financial scheduling and forecasting for each of the framework contracts.
