Corserv Ltd, a Cornwall Council wholly owned company wishes to develop a mutually beneficial framework partnership with a single external service provider to provide the required range of engineering and technical related consultancy services. This contract is a "top-up" services framework to support and provide additional capacity for in-house engineering and environmental design teams; commencing October 2021. The framework has an initial duration of 24 months with options for two 12 month extensions. The maximum length of the framework will therefore be four years.

The appointed supplier will be required to provide engineering and technical services for Corserv Ltd, Cornwall Council, Cormac Solutions Ltd, Cornwall Housing Ltd, Cornwall Airport Ltd, Cornwall Development Company, Corserv Property Ltd or their successor(s) in title, and include for the following: Isles of Scilly, Parish, Town & City Councils and other public sector organisations and bodies (including Schools, Housing Associations, Housing Management Organisations, Police), who may at a later date adopt the terms and conditions of this framework agreement. Whilst there is no guaranteed quantity or spend, the estimated value of Cormac Solutions Ltd spend is likely to be in the region of £250,000 to £5,000,000 per annum The potential estimated total value is likely to exceed this range of spend if other organisations decide to participate.
