Provision of 6 Associate Navigator roles and 4 Peer Mentor roles. Associate Navigators - to provide supervised intensive and direct service navigation, assertive targeted outreach and advocacy for those who are involved in the service. Peer Mentors - to provide 1:1 Peer Mentoring support to people experiencing multiple disadvantage (homelessness, substance misuse, offending, mental illness and domestic abuse) across Pennine Lancashire.
