Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is responsible for the management upkeep and repair of the properties it owns. The Council has a requirement to identify and appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a 4-year term service (3+1) to undertake Bathroom, Wet Room, Shower and Flooring Work together with Associated Builders Work. The work is of a planned and responsive nature on properties owned by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council. The work will include Tenanted properties, Void Properties and Public Buildings.

The Contract shall commence on 01st May 2025 and remain in place until 30th April 2029. A Break Clause will be applied at the end of Year 2.
