Scope
Description
The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) is seeking to procure a robust, scalable case file quality solution to support operational policing, compliance, and improve submissions to the CPS.
The MPS is looking to improve the quality and completeness of case files submitted to the CPS, reduce time and effort spent on reworking or resubmitting files and ensure compliance with CPS requirements, national policing standards, and internal triage criteria.
The MPS are looking to support officers and staff with tools that enable them to focus on content, not just process and to standardise quality assurance across the MPS.

Engagement process description:
To register your interest in the MS Teams Event outlined in Stage 2 above, email iman.ali3@met.police.uk with the subject line "Case File Quality - MS Teams Event" before the Thursday 22nd January 5pm to receive the invite link.
The Procurement Selection Questionnaire (PSQ) will be used by the MPS to score supplier responses - there will be a minimum pass score to be included in Discovery Phase. There will be up to 10 questions, some Pass / Fail and others which will enable the MPS to identify suppliers best able to address the problem statement.
Further Phases will be outlined in the PSQ.

5) Suppliers who are successful in their submission will be added to the Dynamic Market on w/c 2nd February 2026 (estimated)
