Explanation:
An extension of the procurement support has been agreed past contract end date. The budget of the original contract had not been used up fully and further support is required due to new procurement events being added to the programme.
Therefore we are extending the time of the agreement in accordance with Reg 72 section b ii - would cause significant inconvenience or substantial duplication of costs for the contracting authority, provided that any increase in price does not exceed 50% of the value of the original contract;
