The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to notify the market of the PEACEPLUS Programme’s intention to hold a Pre- market engagement for the PEACEPLUS Collaborative Cross Community Cultural Spaces Project Tender.
This project contributes to the implementation of the Celebrating Cultures & Diversity theme under the Belfast PEACEPLUS Local Community Action Plan.
Please note this project was previously advertised as Lot 2 of From Multiculturalism to Interculturalism and is now being re-tendered.
Budget £206,330; Participants = 426
Duration: 2.5 years (May 2025 – December 2027)
The Council is notifying the market of Belfast City Council’s intentions to hold a pre-market engagement event with interested suppliers to provide information on the PEACEPLUS Collaborative Cross Community Cultural Spaces Project and inform of the procurement process required.
This Pre-Market Engagement Event will be held from 10.00am- 11.00am on Tuesday 18 February 2025. There is an option to join in-person in room AD1K, Belfast City Council Adelaide Street Offices (9 Adelaide St, Belfast, BT2 8GA), or via MS Teams.
The session will provide information the project requirements, key deliverables and results, the procurement process and the indicative timeframes for the project.
Suppliers will need to register by Monday 17th February, by emailing peacepluslap@belfastcity.gov.uk
Further detail will be issued to registered attendees in advance of the session as well as a Teams link, if applicable.
The PEACEPLUS Collaborative Cross Community Cultural Spaces Project forms part of the Belfast PEACEPLUS Local Community Action Plan, which is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
