This tender involves the replacement and/or upgrade of Vodafone and 3 SIM cards within the Avanti West Coast fleet, with support from the current suppliers.

The supplier shall be responsible for provisioning all Vodafone and 3 SIM cards used within the Avanti West Coast fleet. This will be a collaborative effort involving the supplier, Alstom, Hitachi, and McLaren:

Alstom and Hitachi will manage the physical replacement of SIM cards where necessary. McLaren will verify that the SIM cards are correctly installed and fully operational. The replacement and provisioning process will be carried out in stages, aligned with the availability of the fleet. Each train must be in the depot to facilitate the SIM card replacement by Alstom and Hitachi.
