Expectation to replace control rooms across multiple sites within the East Midlands Region,

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

East Midlands Special Operations Unit are looking to replace their control room estates.

Expectation to replace control rooms across multiple sites within the East Midlands Region,

Replicated of control room displays to 7 separate offices and/or 5 offices and 2 mobile solutions.

Requirement for inputs: minimum of 8 inputs for each control room for PC's/Laptops or other AV devices - HDMI is a Must Have and USBC - is a Could Have.

Display wall system to be controlled by tablet/PC or mobile device

Maintenance contract included - control rooms operate 24/7 - phone and onsite support as and when required. To include options for repair and replacement during the lifecycle of the contract

Options for system upgrades as part of cyber security, cyber essentials and ISO27001 compliance - including end of life software and hardware

Potential for expansion in the future

Staff vetting for installation and maintenance - NPPV3 as a minimum

Must have experience of working at official sensitive such as law enforcement or similar government organisation.

Procurement route is to be confirm and there may be a supplier engagement event.
