The Contracting Authority is utilising Regulation 32 of the Public Contract Regulations to award a contract to Mental Health Concern under extreme urgency as there is insufficient time to run a procurement process. Market engagement is anticipated to commence in Spring 2022 and future commissioning of services will be undertaken in line with relevant regulation.
