Description
Blackpool Council is seeking to put in place longer term arrangements with Service Providers of Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) programme for benefits-eligible free school meal children, aged 4-16, who are in school, and other vulnerable children, aged 4-16, as defined by the Authority.

Framework operation description
The Authority reserves the right to appoint any number of suppliers, there will be no maximum, who meet all mandatory requirements within the Tender Return Document and submit all requested documentation.
• Appointment will be based on compliance with the specification and responses to the method statements within the Appendix C Tender Return Document.
Volumes of Work and allocation of work
• Work will be allocated by direct award, geographically and based on the needs within each ward of Blackpool. Each holiday period should include a spread of provision that matches the distribution of eligible children and young people across the town.
• The Authority cannot guarantee any volume of work under this framework.
