The London Borough of Waltham Forest ("the Authority") are seeking Tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the Dynamic Purchasing Vehicle for the provision of Community Pharmacy Sexual Health Services.

The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking to commission local community pharmacies to provide a range of sexual health services to its residents. This specification sets out the requirements for sexual health services provided by community pharmacies in the London Borough of Waltham Forest.

Sexual health and wellbeing are important public health issues which affect every person's life. Waltham Forest Council is committed to protecting and improving residents' sexual health and wellbeing, and to reducing inequalities experienced by residents in relation to sexual health outcomes.

Community pharmacies play an important role in supporting residents with their sexual health, improving access to free sexual health services, and providing choice for residents. It is expected that pharmacies that choose to deliver these services will work alongside a range of providers, including Council services, integrated specialist sexual health services, general practice and the voluntary, charity and social enterprise (VCSE) sector, to support residents with their sexual health.

The period of Contract will be from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2030 with the option to extend for four periods of twelve months each.
