The Welsh Government, as landowner, (“WG”) is running a competitive dialogue procurement to appoint a development partner to undertake the delivery of a residential development scheme of 5.44 acres (2.2 hectares) at the Former Stadium Site (the “Development ”) which is allocated in the local development plan for up to 65 residential units. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the Primary and Secondary Benefits referred to in Appendix 1 of the Project Brief, with the aspiration of creating a high quality, energy efficient and sustainable development with strong place making credentials aligning with the principles as set out in the Wellbeing of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.
