The successful bidder will be required to deliver the Primary and Secondary Benefits referred to in Appendix 1 of the Project Brief, with the aspiration of creating a high quality, energy efficient and sustainable development with strong place making credentials aligning with the principles as set out in the Wellbeing of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.
