Description
Maintenance and support of DLS' Legis database, to include a number of
upgrades/modifications to the system. This database was first implemented in 1995 using a
programming language that is no longer in common use.
The software underlying the Legis Database/system was written in 1995 using a
programming language which is no longer in common use. The supplier is the vendor of the
original Legis system and it is understood that only this supplier has the knowledge of this
system and the skills required to maintain and support this 30 year old system and ensure it
remains operational at all times.
