This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is for the provision of digital solutions that support care planning and recording by adult social care providers. In addition to functioning as a DPS it will provide a list of assured suppliers for independent sector organisations to use. It is therefore anticipated that the total market opportunity for suppliers as a result of this DPS will be higher than the public sector procurement's that will be conducted through it.Note that the DPS arrangement shall be valid for a period of 3 years. The Contracting Authority intends to use the DPS to maintain a list of economic operators, able to fulfill the requirements this DPS is designed to meet.The contract(s) is for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, local authorities, other public sector bodies, NHS organisations, along with other private providers of social care services to the public in the United Kingdom, Crown Dependencies and British Overseas Territories including, without limitation, the National Assembly for Wales, the Northern Ireland Assembly, and Scottish Ministers.
