East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EMAS) are issuing this invitation to tender (“ITT”) under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Competitive Process, for the provision of Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) 3rd Party Private Ambulance Provider where needed.
The intention is to award as separate lots and providers may bid for one or number of the lots if they are able to provide the necessary service within that area. Please note that each Lot also has a different contract period due to the NEPTS contracts with East Midlands Ambulance Service.
Lot 1 - NEPTS Lincolnshire (to which EMAS provide PTS services) - part of the county.
Lot 2 - NEPTS Northamptonshire
Lot 3 - NEPTS Derbyshire
Award for Lot 3 may be subject to change.
Providers must be CQC Registered and hold the relevant licences for carrying out this work.
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
