1) All suppliers who meet and pass the exclusion and selection criteria for a DPS category will be admitted to that category.
2) Suppliers that are admitted to the DPS will enter into a NR4(MT) Contract upon the award of a Contract Order.
3) Becoming a DPS Provider will not guarantee any workload, but every DPS Provider within a category/sub-category will be invited to tender for every Contract Order opportunity within that category/sub-category.
4) The DPS is likely to be extended until 2027 or beyond.
