A formative evaluation of the Jobs Growth Wales + programme. The aim of the work is to provide timely, robust information on the process and take up of the programme in its first two years, and a framework for an impact evaluation (to be commissioned under a separate contract).

This will focus on the delivery, performance and initial outcomes of the programme. We expect the successful bidder to set up a research advice group, to advise on methods and recruitment of participants. A range of research methods will be needed, including interviews, workshops, analysis of monitoring information, and case studies. Research participants will include Welsh Government officials, contracted providers, other stakeholders, employers, JGW+ participants, and parents.
