Halton Borough Council is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Local Bus Service Routes. The DPS will be used to procure all contracted bus services, and shuttle services by mini bus. It is intended to establish the DPS in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, Regulations 74-76 (Light Touch).
