Description

Following a successful Round 1 application to The National Lottery Heritage Fund, funding has been secured for the 'Development' phase of Reimagining Margam Castle. This project runs until December 2026. Funding has been granted for specialist consultancies and resources to develop a Round 2 application to The National Lottery Heritage Fund, if successful this will unlock the full grant.

Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide Construction Project Management Consultancy Services.

Development Phase (RIBA 2-3) will run from the consultant's appointment to December 2026.

Delivery Phase (RIBA 4-6) is anticipated to run from Spring 2028 to end 2031 (incl. defects rectification).

This appointment includes a break clause; continuation to the Delivery Phase will depend on performance, obtaining all required permissions and consents, and a successful Round 2 pass.

2. Express an interest in the ITT.- Login to the portal with the username / password.- Click the 'ITT Open to all Suppliers' link. - Alternatively, search for the relevant ITT (itt_120706).- Click on the relevant ITT to access the content. - Click the 'Express Interest' button on the right-hand side of the screen. - This will move the ITT into your 'My ITT pages'. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only.)- Click on the ITT code, you can now access any attachments by selecting 'Buyer Attachments'.

3. Responding to the ITT.- You can now choose to 'Respond' or 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining).- Note the 'Closing Date', and then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT.
