Following the award of £19.1m by the DfT to support the Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) it was necessary to establish an Enhanced Partnership (EP) with bus operators in Luton.

We are seeking a suitably experienced consultant that we can seek guidance and support in the delivery stage of this programme.

Luton will be looking to support the residents and the business users who rely on the bus services and as this is introduced we need to show the extent of this to the DfT.
