The contracting authority is seeking to appoint a framework of providers to deliver employment support services to Southwark residents who are unemployed or in insecure or low paid work.
The framework will be divided into 9 lots, each lot focusing on particular barriers to employment, as described in the service specification.
The framework is for a 4 year period, with suppliers invited to bid for initial call off contracts at the same time as appointment to the framework. Initial call off contracts will be for a period of 2 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years.

The Council will incorporate a minimum ten (10) calendar days standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to Tenderers. Applicants who are unsuccessful shall be informed by the Council as soon as possible after the decision has been made as to the reasons why the applicant was unsuccessful. If an appeal regarding the award of the contract has not been successfully resolved, the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take legal action.
