The Authority will be upgrading it’s BEMS (Building Energy Management System) over the next few years in phases.
The Authority currently has a Trend 963 system, with outdated graphics, legacy controllers, and a lack of standardisation. We are taking this opportunity to upgrade our systems, including hardware and software, and to introduce wider improvements and improve site resilience. The current system has c125,000 points.
