The core purpose of this procurement is to appoint delivery partner(s) with the relevant expertise to deliver six National Cyber Security Programme (NCSP) Growth and Innovation initiatives to support and develop the UK’s cyber ecosystem.
For 2023-24 we expect to run all six Cyber Runway programmes (the incubator programme, bootcamps, scale-up programme, Cyber Runway Ignite, the eight regional events and Cyber Runway Open Access).

DCMS also expect to run all six Cyber Runway programmes in the 2024-25 financial year. If both DCMS and the supplier are in agreement, then there is the possibility of a 12 month extension to the contract for the same value. For the avoidance of doubt, the estimated value referred in this notice does not include any activity that may be carried out if the contract is extended.
