Brunel University London is seeking to appoint an Online Programme Management (OPM) provider to deliver our suite of Brunel Online education programmes (Brunel Online).
The University is looking to continue to expand its online education portfolio and its brand both nationally and internationally by forming a partnership arrangement with an experienced OPM provider with the necessary profile and expertise in online education
The University proposes to enter into one Contract with the successful Tenderer (Service Provider). The Contract will be for an initial term of five (5) years extendable for a period of five (5) plus two (2) years), giving a possible contract term of up to twelve (12) years (the Term).
The estimated total value of the contract over its duration (including the contract extension options if these are taken up) is between circa £87.5 million and £130 million excluding VAT.

Brunel University London is seeking to appoint an Online Programme Management (OPM) provider to deliver our suite of Brunel Online education programmes (Brunel Online).
The University is looking to continue to expand its online education portfolio and its brand both nationally and internationally by forming a partnership arrangement with an experienced OPM provider with the necessary profile and expertise in online education.
The OPM provider and the University will work together to continue the delivery of the current portfolio but also to identify the most suitable areas for development, in conjunction with market segment analysis. The OPM provider will need to deliver a high-quality, pedagogically sound, intuitive user experience whilst providing an overall excellent student experience across different time zones.
The University proposes to enter into one Contract with the successful Tenderer (Service Provider). The Contract will be for an initial term of five (5) years extendable for a period of five (5) plus two (2) years), giving a possible contract term of up to twelve (12) years (the Term).
