The Ceremonies, Culture and Queen’s Baton Relay (CCQ) Division of the OC is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified team to provide comprehensive overall planning, project management, design, production and delivery of the Live Sites programmes.

The Supplier will provide a full-service solution to plan, manage, operationalise and deliver the Live Sites across the Games, including:

•Strategic and operations planning, in line with budget and programme constraints

•Sourcing and supply of all production and technical elements

•Workforce planning and implementation

•Content planning, management and implementation

•Internal and external stakeholder liaison and alignment

•Procurement of additional services where necessary

•Games-time Live Sites delivery, maintenance and decommissioning
