Explanation:

The VEAT notice is Focus XR is a unique product in the EdTech market. This is due to the fact that no other company provides a 360 Extended Reality content library, where the content is filmed in real life, creating real-world working environments to help the students embrace immersive learning. This makes it difficult to provide alternative quotes as there is no direct competitor.

Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months).
