Scope
Description
Buckinghamshire Council will be procuring a Contract for a Provider to deliver the All-Age Carers Support Service, which will support both Adult and young carers, as well as a new digital offer.
Our vision for the proposed service aligns with the leading national charity for carers, The Carers Trust, and is outlined in our All-Age Carers Strategy 2025-2030, published in February 2025.
We want every carer in Buckinghamshire to be recognised and valued, being able to access the information, support and resources they need to live fulfilling lives, alongside their caring role.
Please be advised that delivery of the upcoming service may require providers to engage in collaborative working arrangements. This approach is intended to ensure that all aspects of the service specification are met effectively and to deliver the best possible outcomes for unpaid carers in Buckinghamshire.
Providers should consider opportunities for partnership working as part of their planning and proposal development.
