The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking to procure an Energy Advice Service to support households at risk of fuel poverty within Tower Hamlets.

The Service will be responsible for delivering a Green Doctors Programme to vulnerable residents in the community, to include:

• Affordable warmth home visiting service – dedicated home visits Programme to some of the Borough’s most vulnerable households providing health, wellbeing and energy efficiency advice.

• Energy efficiency interventions – install small interventions such as draught proofing, radiator reflector panels and energy monitors.

• Energy advice at locations across the borough – have a presence at public spaces across the borough such as idea stores and food banks to offer energy savings tips and debt advice.

• Workshop hosting - build the capabilities of the community, by providing them with the knowledge and skills to help themselves and others around their energy costs.
