This advert is only open to selected framework suppliers.
The Supplier shall supply a full tyre managed service - deliver and fit the full range of tyres as per the Councils Fleet list which ranges from Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCVs) to small vans.
The Supplier shall respond promptly to requests for guidance, advice and detailed information about any aspect of the supply, delivery and fitting of tyres to be supplied and fitted under the Contract.
The Supplier shall be able to provide an emergency roadside repair and replacement service.
The supplier shall provide a weekly data import file that fits with the Council’s Fleet Management System – Key 2 by Jaama.
The supplier shall allow the Council’s Fleet staff access to their Tyre Management System which will hold all tyre information regarding the Council’s fleet.
This contract will be with Cherwell District Council as the contracting authority. However, West Northamptonshire Council will be accessing the goods and services under the contract via Cherwell District Council. This arrangement will work whereby Cherwell District Council call-off the contract on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council and charge them back.
