This PIN has been issued in order to seek expressions of interest from providers. The intention is to implement a Framework with a single Strategic Partner to deliver a specialist single adolescent exploitation prevention service model and statutory return home interviews for children and young people who have been reported missing from home or care to the Police. The Framework will provide the opportunity for other named Authorities to utilise.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

This PIN has been issued in order to seek expressions of interest from providers. The intention is to implement a Framework with a single Strategic Partner to deliver a specialist single adolescent exploitation prevention service model and statutory return home interviews for children and young people who have been reported missing from home or care to the Police. The Framework will provide the opportunity for other named Authorities to utilise.

The service will deliver a specialist adolescent exploitation service to meet the needs of children and young people up and their families who are at risk of / have experienced high levels of extrafamilial harm, exploitation including Child Sexual Exploitation (CCE) and Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE) and/or effected by violence, to prevent further harm.

The service will also offer and undertake statutory return home interviews to children who have been reported missing from home or care to the Police. Children and their families may also require specialist ongoing support to address the identified reasons for going missing, to enable them to make safe choices about not running away from home, and coping with difficulties.
