seven.2) Information about modifications

seven.2.1) Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

The Parties agree to a contract extension until 31st March 2023 for the purposes of Termination Assistance. The total value of the extension for this period is £82,320.00. The Customer may at its option and with the consent of the Supplier extend the Contract under Termination Assistance provisions by up to a further 3 months from 1st April 2023 - 30 June 2023.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

The Contract included provision for the customer to be entitled to require the provision of Termination Assistance at any time during the Contract Period by giving written notice to the Supplier (a "Termination Assistance Notice") at least four (4) Months prior to the Contract Expiry Date or as soon as reasonably practicable (but in any event, not later than one (1) month) following the service by either Party of a Termination Notice.
