Blackpool Council seeks to appoint one provider of Advocacy services under a single contract which will cover all Advocacy provision in Blackpool. This will deliver Advocacy services for adults and children together under a single contract to create a “Single Point of Access” to Advocacy Services through the “Blackpool Advocacy Hub”. The aim is for a coordinated and joined up Advocacy Service to deliver all Independent Advocacy for eligible adults, children and young people with health and social care needs (comprising adults with learning difficulties, mental health problems, physical and sensory, autistic spectrum conditions and older people, looked after children) living in Blackpool.
