The GSEEH, which covers 141 local authority areas, is seeking to establish a Trades DPS to deliver various Energy Efficiency Measure or related ancillary works to any type of property as may be required by the various GSEEH members as set out in the tender documents.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
This procurement is to establish a DPS for various works trades with specific reference to Retrofit/ energy improvement measures and ancillary works.
The DPS is being establish by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) for use by any of the members of the Greater South East Energy Hub (141 local authorities, 11 LEPS, Private Registered Providers or other public bodies) as located in the covered region. A map and list of the members is included in the tender documents.
Where works are funded by General Government as part of their Energy efficiency programme, contractors will be required to demonstrate appropriate accreditations and qualifications, these requirements will be set out in the tender documents; predominantly these include Trustmark and PAS 2030:2019 and 2035:2019.
Contractors will be invited onto the DPS based on the SSQ Part 1 and 2 requirements along with evidence of trade related experience and accreditation/ qualifications. Should a provider not have the required accreditations/ qualifications, interested parties should still access the DPS as guidance on getting accreditations is included within the tender documents.
